HDRP 2019 - Black Materials

Seeing black materials when using HDRP 7.3/7.5 in Unity 2019+? Here's how to fix it.

Basic Information

When this bug appears, materials render completely black when a character is created. This is caused by HDRP material keywords not being regenerated correctly.

Fixing the Issue

This bug has a very easy solution -- simply select the materials, and expand the Inspector so you can see the full material details. The materials should then render correctly.
